SS700 Pump Problems

I loved my coffee maker for the first few months. I have had it for a year now. It is causing us a lot of grief now. We are constantly having to unplug it to reset it so the pumping mechinism will work. It is so annoying to wake up to have your first cup and it won't pump the water. I have called the company they say to unplug it for an hour. It is happening at least once a month and this week twice in 4 days. Consumer Reports reviews by customers have stated the same problems. It's time for the company to pull it off the shelves or fix the problem.
